The
Lima Allen County Safe Community Coalition, along with their law
enforcement partner, the Allen County Sheriff’s Office,

buckled up. McDonald’s coupons will be given to buckled-up
drivers traveling through the intersections of St. Mary’s
Road & SR81; Lincoln Highway & SR65; SR196 & SR117.
The intersections were chosen because seat belt use rates are
historically low at those sites. Hopefully, area motorists will
be encouraged to buckle up – every trip, no matter how short
